Chocolate chip cookies
No one would say no to these cookies! You can easily bake classic chocolate chip cookies yourself with erythritol instead of sugar and Xucker chocolate drops.
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 190 °C top and bottom heat.
2. Beat the butter and powdered erythritol with a hand mixer until it is as smooth as possible.
3. Now stir in the remaining ingredients, except the chocolate drops, one after the other until you have a homogeneous dough.
4. Now fold in the chocolate drops.
5. Spread egg-sized, even heaps of dough on a baking tray.
6. Bake the chocolate chip cookies for 15 minutes.
