Shipping & returns
We deliver orders with DPD. In Zagreb and the surrounding area, orders may be delivered by our local courier. Delivery costs depend on the country and the order value; you see the exact amount at checkout before you place your order. All prices are in euros and include VAT.
Delivery countries and costs
- Croatia: €3.99 for orders under €35; free delivery from €35.
- Slovenia: €1.99 for orders under €34.90; free delivery from €34.90.
- Austria and Germany: €4.99 for orders under €30; free delivery from €30.
We currently deliver only to Croatia, Slovenia, Austria and Germany.
Dispatch and delivery times
- Croatia: orders placed on a business day before 12:00 are dispatched the same day. Delivery takes 1–2 business days.
- Slovenia: orders placed on a business day before 12:00 are dispatched the same day. Delivery usually takes 1–3 business days.
- Austria and Germany: orders placed on a business day before 12:00 are dispatched the same day. Delivery usually takes 2–4 business days.
If no delivery time is stated, we deliver without undue delay and no later than 30 days after the conclusion of the contract.
Tracking
For DPD deliveries, the shipping confirmation e-mail includes a tracking link. Local courier deliveries in Zagreb and the surrounding area do not have online tracking.
Damaged parcel
If your parcel arrives damaged or something is missing, please contact us as soon as possible at info@diabea.com — ideally with a photo. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
Returns
