About the socks
What does «no tight elastic» mean here?
Instead of a narrow elastic band that digs in, every Dr. Füss sock has a wide, soft knitted cuff. It holds across its whole surface and doesn't press along one line — no red mark, and the sock still stays up.
What are the socks made of?
80 % combed cotton · 17 % polyamide · 3 % elastane, knitted on 200 needles. The label states the real percentages.
Are they for women and men?
Yes. The sizes are unisex, EU 35–49 (Classic Black from 39).
Can I reorder the same socks later?
Yes. Classic stays in our range — you can always reorder the very same socks.
About sizes
Which size should I take between two ranges?
The smaller one. The cuff doesn't squeeze and the sock fits better. Ranges: 35–38 · 39–42 · 43–46 · 47–49.
How do I choose my size?
Choose according to your EU shoe size. The size guide shows the size ranges; available sizes are listed on each product page.
About shipping
What does shipping cost and when does my order arrive?
Croatia: 1–2 business days; Slovenia: usually 1–3; Austria and Germany: usually 2–4; an order placed on a working day before 12:00 is dispatched the same day. Shipping is free from €35 in Croatia, €34.90 in Slovenia, or €30 in Austria and Germany, below that it costs €3.99 in Croatia, €1.99 in Slovenia and €4.99 in Austria and Germany.

How do I track my parcel?
For DPD deliveries, the dispatch confirmation contains a tracking link. Our local courier in Zagreb and the surrounding area does not provide online tracking.
I'm ordering for my parents — is that possible?
Yes. Enter your parents' address as the delivery address when you order. The size is the shoe size; between two ranges, take the smaller one. If something doesn't suit: wear them 30 days — return even if worn.
About returns and the guarantee
How do I return socks?
Write to info@diabea.com with your order number within 30 days of receiving your order. We reply with the return address — worn and washed socks are fine too — and exchange them or refund the purchase price. You pay the return postage; for a size exchange, we pay it.
What about my statutory right of withdrawal?
It remains unaffected: 14 days, without giving reasons. The details are in the cancellation policy.
