Cancellation policy

These subscription terms apply to subscriptions in the Dr. Füss online shop at drfuess.com, in addition to our general terms and conditions. The seller is BLEU TRADE d.o.o., Trgovačka ulica 6, 10000 Zagreb, Croatia, e-mail info@drfuess.com, phone +385 1 7776 156.

1. The subscription

With a subscription, we deliver the same products in the same quantity at regular intervals – every 3 or every 6 months, as you chose when ordering. We ship the first delivery like a normal order and every following one automatically at the interval you chose.

2. Price

A subscription gets you a 10% subscription discount. You see the price per delivery and the delivery costs on the product page and at checkout before you order. They apply to every delivery for as long as the subscription runs; we can change the price only as described in section 5.

3. Payment

You pay for each delivery with the payment method of your first order (one of the payment methods that checkout offers for the subscription). We charge it when each delivery is due and then ship the delivery like any other order. Cash on delivery is not available for subscriptions. If a payment fails, we let you know by e-mail.

4. No minimum term – cancel any time

You can cancel the subscription at any time, with no notice period and without giving a reason, with effect for all deliveries that have not been paid for yet:

  • in your customer account under “Subscriptions” – there you can also pause the subscription, skip a delivery and change your address or payment method;
  • with the “Cancel contracts here” button at the bottom of every page of our shop, no login needed;
  • by e-mail to info@drfuess.com.

We confirm every cancellation immediately by e-mail – with the date and time we received it and the day the subscription ends. A delivery that has already been paid for still goes out.

5. Price changes

We raise the price of your subscription only if our overall costs for materials, production and shipping have gone up, and by no more than the amount by which these costs have risen per delivery. We tell you about a price increase by e-mail at least 4 weeks before the first delivery it is to apply to. The e-mail contains:

  • the current and the new price per delivery;
  • the date from which the new price applies – the day that delivery is due;
  • the reason for the increase;
  • an express reminder that you can cancel the subscription free of charge at any time before that date (section 4), and that otherwise the new price applies from that delivery on.

If you cancel before that date, the new price does not apply to you. If you do not cancel, you pay the new price from that delivery on. Deliveries you have already paid for stay at the old price.

6. Cancellation by us

We can cancel the subscription by e-mail with 4 weeks’ notice, for example if we stop offering a product. Deliveries already paid for still go out.

7. Right of withdrawal

Your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal also applies to the subscription. The period starts on the day you receive the first delivery. Details are in the withdrawal information in our refund policy.

8. Guarantees

“100-day returns – for any reason” and the “2-year guarantee against holes” apply to the Dr. Füss socks in every subscription delivery, just as they do in any other order (section 7 of our terms and conditions). They do not apply to other products, for example the cream.

Our general terms and conditions apply in all other respects.
